Bob Candice, owner of Candicci’s Restaurant, announces new kitchen management team that includes Juan Carlos Cruz Garcia and Darrell Russell
Ballwin, MO (STL.News) – Candicci’s Restaurant and Bar is conveniently located at 100 Holloway Road in Ballwin, MO, and has been in business for almost 40 years. Candicci’s is excited to announce their new kitchen management team.
In this environment, there are only a few small employers that can brag about long-term employees. However, restaurant owner, Bob Candice has two employees that have been recently promoted, resulting in creating executive-level positions after years of dedicated and loyal service.
The newly appointed executive chef team is made up of Juan Carlos Cruz Garcia. Garcia has almost nine years of service and Darrell Russell with employment dating back to 6 months after Candice opened in 1980.
Garcias’ primary function and responsibility is the restaurant, holiday buffets, and weekend specials. Russells’ primary responsibilities are catering and assisting in operating the kitchen as a team with Garcia. Collectively, these two loyal employees bring 50 years of dedicated service to the restaurant.
Bob Candice started Candicci’s Restaurant in 1980. He has been in three different locations and has spent the last ten years in Ballwin, one block off Manchester Road on Holloway Road.
Candicci’s specializes in authentic Italian cuisines, holiday buffets, sports bar, and most importantly, catering.
Candicci’s catering service has provided service to some of the largest and most respected companies in the St. Louis region, including Enterprise, feeding as many as 700 people at the time.
